Cow Emergency Status
Cow-o-philes all: Sorry for the lack of pictures on The Cow if you've tuned in this morning. The Los Angeles area has apparently had a huge electrical disaster affecting the Dreamhost servers where my sites are hosted. Service is slowly being restored.

Yep, they just came back up.
Just came back for me too - I seem to be having endless internet woes lately. Recently my phone/ADSL line went down for two days because something stuffed up at the exchange. Certainly makes you realise how horribly dependent we are on our telecommunications, and how easily it can all fall down. Alien invasion story there.
